The safety of our Horse sashimi and Horse lever sashimi
Meat for raw consumption must be processed in a processing plant that meets the standards set by the government.
Our horse sashimi and horse liver sashimi are purchased directly from Koga Ranch in Kumamoto Prefecture.
Koga Ranch is committed to domestic production, and even the horses are raised and fed in-house.
In addition, processing is carried out at the Kumamoto City Meat Center designated by the government.
We received a response from the public health center saying, “The horse sashimi and horse sashimi processed here are safe.”We will continue to provide fresh, delicious, and safe food.
